Interested in learning about Qigong but worried about standing for long periods of time?Fortunately, it can be done seated in chair or on a cushion on the floor. Qigong is an accessible way to calm the mind and promote health, while moving your body in a gentle way. Our instructor Sean Honea, Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Qigong Therapist, will be focusing on seated exercises for the rest of this year in his Wednesday and Friday classes.
