SCA is happy to offer Private Qigong Lessons.

Qigong like acupuncture is one of the five branches of Chinese medicine; a system of healing that has been practiced in China for over 2,000 years and addresses the energetic imbalances or blockages that contribute to illness. Qigong as an individual practice offers a slow, yet simple path for learning to live more in tune with world and with the people around you: a way of learning to help your body heal itself, so that you may to learn more easily let go of past injuries, physical, spiritual and emotional pain, and age more gracefully.

Qigong means "life energy cultivation" and is traditionally seen as a method to cultivate and balance qi. Qigong may be practiced as an individual or group cultivation exercise (similar to yoga), which involves the rhythmic movement, focused breathing, and concentrated awareness. For those interested in learning self cultivation exercises, SCA now offers Private Qigong Lessons. Lesson may be booked thru our online scheduler. Limit 2 students per lesson.
